    Hi,
We are using Parallels Desktop 14, on host macOS 10.14 Mojave.
Unfortunately, each macOS virtual machine (guest), versions 10.12, 10.13 and 10.14 is automatically paused after some inactivity.
But it is not able to be resumed, as the CPU is 100% and not even after half hour the resumed machine is available. The screen is black, nothing can be done.
The only action is to hard reset the virtual machine.

Does anybody have the same problem as we? What should be done? We are not able to disable this automatic pause for macOS machines neither!

    Thanks for any response

Hi, please make a screenshot of VM configuration ->option tab -> startup and shutdown
And provide us with it. Thanks in advance.

We have used the first option (Start up and shut down manually), but then we changed to Custom.
Nevertheless, when the machine is not used, it is paused automatically. We cannot change it.
We have set Sleep timeout inside macOS to 3hrs, but the machine is paused mostly after ~30 minutes.
