I purchased parallels a year ago. I used it for a while but my Mac broke a couple months ago and I have not had the money to buy a new one yet. The subscription was set to auto renewal without my knowledge. It just renewed yesterday. Would it be possible to issue or a refund. I have no means to use parallels and haven't been able to for months. Please if there is anything you can do. Thank you
