Hello, I purchased a 1-year Parallels subscription last year. Recently, I noticed that my subscription was automatically renewed on August 21, 2025. I had intended to cancel before renewal, as I am not currently using the product and do not plan to continue with it at this time. Since I have not used the service after the renewal, I kindly ask if it would be possible to cancel this renewal and process a refund.
