Automatic Renewal Refund Request

Hello,
About a year ago, I purchased a 1-year subscription to Parallels. Over the past few months, I've stopped using the service and was under the impression that the subscription would expire after the initial term. However, I just noticed that I was automatically charged for another year. Since I no longer use Mac or Parallels, would it be possible to cancel my subscription and request a refund for the recent charge?
