Hello, I bought a Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition (1 Year) a few years ago only used it for about a week. As I am sure this is a great program/software that can useful for people that need it, it took too much space on my Apple operating system and haven't used it since. I was recently charged today for an automatic renewal and assume the previous years as well and had assumed it would just expire after 1 year when I initially purchased the (1 year) with no further charges, no clue it renewed or noticed the previous charges. I did not release this would happen without any warning. I would like to kindly ask if it would be possible to cancel the subscription and get a refund for this recent charge for the Credit card payment of $119.99?
