Assistance with old VM and new account.

Hi Parallels forum, I was hoping to get some assistance with an issue that we are facing. I have a client that has a VM configured with an old Parallels account. We don't have a password for that account and trying to get it is a lost cause. However we have purchased a new license for the latest version etc. We are worried that if we run the new installer, we will lose access to the old VM. Is that the case? since it was set up with a different account? We just need someone to confirm that if we install the new version and log in with the new account that we will still be able to access the old VM.
