Are Windows 11 Explorer Icons different when run via Parallels?

I recently bought a Lenovo laptop running Windows 11 Home Edition. I then bought a new MacBook Pro and installed Windows 11 Pro via Parallels Desktop (standard edition). I noticed that there are subtile differences between the two versions of Windows and I can't tell if it's because one is the "Home" edition and the other is the "Professional" edition, or if the differences are due to the fact that one version is being run as the native OS on a Windows laptop and the other is being run via a virtual machine on a Mac.

One difference I noticed is the Windows Explorer folder icons. On the Lenovo, each main folder icon is a different color and has a unique graphic; under Parallels, the main Windows Explorer folder icons are either blue or yellow. Please see attached screenshots.

Any idea why I'm experiencing this difference? Is it due to one being "Home" edition and the other being "Pro"? Is it because one is running native and the other via a VM? Is it due to something else altogether? Are there other differences or limitations I should be aware of between Windows 11 Home on the Lenovo and Windows 11 Pro under Parallels?

Thank you in advance for your help! Screenshot 2023-10-07 at 7.52.10 PM.png Screenshot 2023-10-07 at 7.50.12 PM.png
