Are there any humans at Parallels to talk to about install issues?

I can't find any real contact info. Does anyone know how to get a human being on the phone or in chat? My new parallels desktop 10 install is going horribly.

You are unlikely to get to contact a human about your issue if you go to the wrong places.

I don't know where you looked for support, but it's rather easy to find this page (the same way it's easy to find the right forum, IMO): http://www.parallels.com/products/desktop/support/
Notice the part where it says 'CONTACT SUPPORT'?
