We are two recent MAC converts. Our corporation mandates windows use, and 95 percent of what we need to do works in parallels. The only exception is our IP softphone. The IP Softphone software (NORTEL) seems to work ok, but we can't get the USB Audio headset to recognize.

With as big a market share as they have, we're hoping that other forum members may have some experience working with this application.

Please share your experiences with us.

    Thanks

I use the Nortel i2050 softphone occassionally, but do not use the USB headset. I just use a pair of regular headphones and the built-in mike in my MacBook. Of course, all Windows sounds go through the headphones, so it is not a perfect solution by any means.
