Anybody got PD7 ket with Upgrade Protection?

    Here it say, "Customers who purchased Upgrade Protection when they purchased an upgrade to Parallels Desktop 6 for Mac directly from Parallels will automatically receive an email from Parallels with their unique upgrade key within 7 business days of the release of the new product. There is no need to request your free-of-charge activation key with the web form via the Parallels website."


    It's been a week since PD7 is released in public. However, I haven't got neither an e-mail from Parallels nor a new serial number for PD7.

    I've purchased PD6 on 24th, last July with Upgrade Protection for extra $15. Is there anybody who got a new serial number or an e-mail concerning about Upgrade Protection?

    Free Upgrade has been issued to you in the beginning of September. It has been resent now to your email. Please check your email including Junk/spam folder to make sure.

    What regards the free upgarde policy, as it is said:

    "Customers who purchased Upgrade Protection when they purchased an upgrade to Parallels Desktop 6 for Mac directly from Parallels will automatically receive an email from Parallels with their unique upgrade key within 7 business days of the release of the new product. There is no need to request your free-of-charge activation key with the web form via the Parallels website."

    The date of release of Parallels Desktop 7 is September 6, 2011.

    No Email received - checked Spam, etc.

    I also purchased the upgrade protection in July, there is no email that I have received and I have checked spams, etc. Only the email stating that I will get one "next week". Of course we are now past that point as it referred to the week of the 5th of September.

    One would think that Parallels would provide the keys first to the users who gave them the extra $15 versus those who bought it later and got the upgrade for free.

    I purchased two licenses on 9/1 and have yet to receive PD7 upgrade license keys. Checked spam and everything. On with chat support now.

    I was online with a Chat tech, he asked if he could transfer me to the correct dept. for the licensing issue I have. Then the window closed and a message appeared to report they are busy and the chat operators are currently busy.

    I would not expect the key 'within 7 business days' if I wasn't told 'within 7 business days.'

    I guess I have until midnight for my business day to end. I can be patient.

    I have checked my spam filter and spam box. Nothing from Parallels. What email address will they be coming from anyway? The original Digital River email address? Can you PM me in this forums the SNs or PM to me to verify what email address they are being sent?

    I have not received the upgrade either. I purchased Parallels 6 only 2 weeks ago after switching away from a competing product
