any refs to an integrated backup ( and recovery) plan mac os x and bootcamp?

I have been looking around for any good docs or references on a complete backup plan for a mac system that includes both the os x operating system and files along with a boot camp setup.

So far it seems mostly like it has to be done in separate pieces. One part for os x and the other part for the bootcamp side. If that is really the best solution and works well and can be tested and verified well I am down with that.

Some hints I have found so far are that winclone and/or copycats along with the built-in win 7 system imaging facility may work just fine for the bootcamp side. Looking at casper too I guess.
