As of now, Microsoft Autopilot enrollment is not natively supported on Parallels Desktop running on Apple Silicon Macs. This is primarily due to hardware-based requirements for Autopilot, such as TPM (Trusted Platform Module) and specific device registration processes, which are tightly integrated with Windows hardware and firmware.

Parallels has made strides with TPM emulation and Windows on ARM support, but full compatibility with Autopilot still faces technical limitations. If your organization depends on Autopilot workflows, the best experience is still with Windows devices on native hardware.

That said, it's worth keeping an eye on updates from both Parallels and Microsoft, as enterprise virtualization support is evolving quickly -- and demand for solutions on Apple Silicon is growing.
