Any issues with PD 4 after OS X 10.5.8 update?

I'm just wondering if it's safe to update OS X to 10.5.8 or if anyone has experienced issues with Parallels Desktop 4 after updating?

Please uninstall and reinstall Parallels Desktop using the .dmg file given below:

Now, try starting Parallels Desktop. If you see OS installation window then please go ahead and select custom. Now start the virtual machine.
