anti-aliased-able?

    Is this the PW or the XP default setting? I find it difficult to read aliased texts on screen.
    Couldn't find text smooth option from Control Panel' display settings.

    If it's PW setting, it would be nice to have text smooth on option.

    No, there are no PW settings for it. You need to go to

    Control Panel -> Display -> Appearance tab, then push "Effects" button, check "Use the following method to smooth edges of screen fonts' and set there "ClearType" value. Voila!

    To get anti-aliased text in XP, you can right-click anywhere on the desktop and then select properties to bring up the display properties. Click on the "Appearance" tab and then select "Effects" and set it up for Clear type, etc.

    This looks much better...

    You can tell I am a "Mac user" who doesn't know PCCC thing :D
