Annoying Re-Registration

    Dear Parallels Team,

    I use Parallels Desktop since version 3 and own a Parallels account. Today i want to download the newest build to store on my downloads folder. I logged in with my Parallels account but the system is asking to register when i want to download the new build.

    I can't understand that. Parallels already has my customer information so you can just allow the download in this case. I don't want to share my e-mail address with other companies to just get a mailbox filled up with spam.

    I wonder if you can fix that.

    Multiple requests to register an already registered product

    Suddenly, my copy of parallels 5.0 build 5.0.9308 revision 543312 December 18,2009 has started giving a pop up that my copy is not registered and that I cannot access updates. It was in fact registered shortly after installation. When I tried to access my account, it failed to recognize my password (THAT I STORED IN KEYCHAIN) so I reset it. When I try to register the product using the tool within the product it just hangs and does nothing. I finally have to click don't register. I will try to do it through the website and will report if this works. Even more annoyingly this problem started exactly 3 days after my free support expired and I am mighty annoyed about this too. I see that someone else has had a similar problem but no one on this forum has supplied a solution.
