Annoyed - but would like support please

Hi guys, so i have an active account with a license for 1 mac to run parallels 12.

I have had "3" macbook airs in the last 12 months as my previus one was rebuilt twice by apple - this one is new and I would like to put parallels on it.

When trying to activate i get a message to say that:
This license has reached its activation limit.
and that i must purchase a license. Well I have one, they are associated with a dead macbook air. Can someone please reset this for me. I have trawled the website to find a number to call and all i can see is a purchase support option - I am V irritated!
