I have been extremely frustrated with my experience with Captivate inside of Parallels, I have lost work, and over a weeks worth of time, reinstalling windows trying to fix corrupted files etc. Now I had a fatal error, and when I was going to send a report to Parallels My MacBook decided to restart itself, when I tried to open Parallels to see what happened I was told that the VM was damaged and to contact Parallels support. There was no information that I could find so I tried to open it again to look at the wording again, this time it said PE has no connection, then the Mac went dark with a message saying that I needed to shut it down.

So here I am with nothing,

    Please can anyone help?

Got fix from Parallels team thanks

I had a copy of one of my VD's (so glad I had that, I will always have a VD copy from now on) Got Parallels up and running again still was not going to use Captivate.
Got info that I needed from Parallels team

I needed to up the memory to 1 gig and video memory up to full 64mb
Set up screen relolution of 1024x768 w/ DirectX support enabled

    Runs smoothly.
