Add macOS Monterey Support

Please add support for Monterey - including updates (if the process has changed again).

There are also new MDM commands available for forced restart, remove settings & wipe content, etc. please add support for these. There are MDM features missing from Big Sur & Catalina too: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT212586
Alternatively, let us create our own MDM command templates. That way we do not have to wait for Parallels to update the UI for hiding Setup Assistant windows during DEP, etc. We could create our own back-end request to the server (kind of open source).
