Add "don't tell me about new versions" option to Preferences.

Dear Parallels-
Please stop sending new "Upgrade to the latest version" screens. Each time, I click on "Do not show again", and roughly every third time I open Parallels, I get a new screen.

This is a pain, and it is NOT going to get me to upgrade. For what I do (and my old computer), Parallels 14 is fine. I have no need to upgrade, and the constant nagging is not going to get me to upgrade (instead, it annoys me, which isn't going to bode well for you when I buy another computer).

I'm okay with your software asking once for the next version (which came out a long while back), but beyond that is just annoying.
