Activation says I must upgrade my license

    I have a permanent Parallels 17 license. I just purchased a 2023 MacBook Pro and when I start Parallels it says I have to upgrade my license. According to the FAQ (see attached) I should be able to run my version of Parallel on my new Mac. Why does it say I have to upgrade?
