Hello I have been using this product since the middle of May, I have it all setup with Windows Xp, ect. I purchased a license as soon as it was allowed for 50 bucks, was sent a license number. I type this number in and the software says this license is not compatible with this version of software. I hit the software update button, I have the latest version (at least I think) Tonight I went and bought another license for 50 bucks, still no activation. I have sent 5 emails to customer service, no reply. I am getting desperate here, I have all this windows stuff setup and in a few days i will no longer be able to get in..Can somebody please tell me what I need to do? I am very dissapointed in the customer support of this company, a simple reply is all I have asked and I get nothing. thanks Steve
1) you need build 1848 to use your purchased key. Download and install it if you don't have it already. If you are using a beta key, you don't have it. Beta keys don't work in GA and GA keys don't work in beta. 2) Copy and paste often works better than eyeball and type.
