Activation Problem

Hi,
i had business edition version bought last year on yearly subscrption and has upgraded to desktop edition (permanent)
My account is not getting activated. Activation screen asking for previous key even though aim entering the key it says system can not recognise the key.

Need support to activate the account

It is not possible to upgrade to a standard edition from a Business edition, if you would like to switch to a standard edition one-time license, you need to purchase a separate license once the Business license gets expired. and Parallels Desktop for Mac Business edition license can not be used as a previous version license key. let us know if you have any questions.
