Activation Limit (Support needed)

    Hello Parallels Team,
    I was using a Parallels Desktop 18 standard Edition on a 2018 MacBook Air and got a 2020 MacBook Pro.
    I'm trying to transfer the license from my MacBook Air to MacBook Pro, I get an error message stating that I have reached the limit of activations and should purchase a new license or contact support.
    I have reinstalled macOS several times and have transferred my Parallels license.
    And this time, I tried the same thing: deactivating on the old Mac and activating on the new Mac.
    However, I got the error above.
    Can you remove the restriction?

    We have reset the activation limit.
    You can now activate Parallels Desktop 18.
    Let us know if you have any issues.
