Hello, I am slowly loosing my patience here...I haven't been able to work the last 5 days. Last week I downloaded build 4124, and suddenly I wasn't able to activate Parallels anymore, eventhough I had bought Parallels with free upgrades. ("The activation key cannot be used with the current version of the Parallels Desktop!") So I sent an email to [email protected] and received an answer saying that because of great interst there were some technical problems with the server. The solution was simple; because working in Parallels was crucial for me all I had to do was to register on the website and get a temporary trial key until the problems got solved. But low and behold!!!....the same error message, also with the trial key. Since then I have downloaded the newest build 4128, I have written twice to support and also one private messge to Diana as stated in this thread: http://forum.parallels.com/thread10587.html ...and still no word, no help, no nothing!... Today I had to switch to VMWare and go through the hassle of installing all the software once again, and still there are so many files "stuck" in my Parallels image that I need to access. How long does it take to give me an activation key that works? This is not funny anymore... Regards, Anne Kathrine Petteroe
