I have recently purchased a copy of parallels desktop 3.0 for MAC. When trying to enter my activation key, I keep getting an error message that says it is invalid. I have tried upper and lower case letters, changing the o and l for 0 and 1 and vice-versa, and with and without the dashes. I have tried calling Nova Development's technical support and have emailed, twice, and have not gotten a response yet. Can anyone help me!!
Hi! I had the same problem with Nova. You sit for 45 minutes and then the guy hung up on me because I questioned their manner of support. It seems you have to send (physically) a copy of your receipt or other proof of purchase and then they'll send you another number. How archaic. Why couldn't they verify my ientity on the phone and then send me an e-mail with a new number? I teach management and speak at corporate conferences. It seems I have a new example of how NOT to do service. Nova will be mentioned frequently in all my speaking engagements and writings and I encourage others to do the same. If you're thinking about buyting parallels, then buy from Parallels.com. Nova is a 'boxed edition' distributor and not related to Parallels other than as a distributor. Great software. Horrible service!!! Jim
