i recently purchased and upgrade key from 18 to version 20. now im asked to actiavte (see screenshot) and also enter the previous version key which i dont have anymore since the old version was installed on my old intel based macbook on which I ran all versions from 7.0 to 18 without any issue. obviuously my macbook pro build ov 24 with m4 chip doesnt accept vesrion 18 which is why I purchased 20. Is there ay way this can be resolved. otherwise I shall ask for a refund and cancel my purchase. appreciate your help and support
