Hello, On October 23rd 2023 we are renewing the licenses we purchased from Parallels. We made the payment using a link that arrived in the mail but we still have not been able to get a response to activate the product. We opened a case in the platform support but they have not helped us, is it possible that you can tell us what we can do to regain access. Please find attached the screenshot of the payment we made.
