Action buttons don't show in Opera 9.6.x browser for Parallels Forum

I was trying to enter my first post for the Parallels Desktop forum using Opera 9.6.x browser and looked all over the screen on how to submit my new post. Finally fired up IE 7 in my Windows XP guest and saw the magical "submit new thread" and "preview post" buttons. This should be fixed since Parallels Desktop is a Mac product so Mac browsers should work seamlessly with Parallels website.
