I use Parallels on my work machine for things like Power BI Desktop and Power BI Report Builder, in the past I've had issues logging in since we use cloud services (which is required). For Power BI Desktop the fix was to change a settings in the (Options and settings -> Options -> Security) and "Use updated sign-in experience" but Power BI Report Builder doesn't have any of these options to update. I was also able to fix by installing the x86 version, but again Power BI Report Builder doesn't offer this.

So when I click "Signin" it will ask me for my email address, once I hit enter it's supposed to take me to Microsoft login to ask if this is a work or school account. Reviewing a working login, I was able to determine the "AccountsControlHost.exe" isn't coming up and it's freezing the entire application. Here's a screenshot of what SHOULD happen:

I've tried about everything from Group Policy to updating the app compatibility. The reason I know it's Parallels, is because on any other machine in our environment it works perfectly, it prompts for the login. I even logged into the local Parallels machine as Administrator and it has the same problem. The particular app I'm talking about is here:
    C:\Windows\SystemApps\Microsoft.AccountsControl_cw5n1h2txyewy\AccountsControlHost.exe
I'd appreciate any advice as this is driving me crazy, thanks!
