I accidentally bought the upgrade for MAC standard edition when I was intending to buy the full edition not just the upgrade. i just need a complete refund so I can purchase the right product. I have put in an email refund request and try to contact over the phone, but I cannot get a response back. I need a refund as soon as possible so I can buy the proper product. if anybody has any tips or can help out in anyway I'd really appreciate it.
