Accessing Directories outside virtual directories via ftp

    I have a web app running on windows 2008 that is shared across many websites. I was forced to upgrade to windows 2008 this week and use PLESK and it seems to lock up iis ftp. I want to be able to access that web app directory via ftp but I am unable to configure a development website using PLESK to access it.
