Hi, I really need to be able to access the web server on my virtual machine from my host computer even if I am not connected to a viable network (either wired or wireless). Basically I'd like to be out in the middle of the desert somewhere, fire up Safari and surf a site on my virtual machine's web server. Does that make sense? The reason for this is demos of our web-based product to prospects and the desire to do web product development all on a single laptop regardless of where in the world I am. Thanks
This feature are available in Parallels Workstation 2.1 for Windows and Linux and definetly will be available in 2.1 GA for Mac OS X. IMHO.
. Going to the middle of the desert to do work does not make any sense at all. Even for a camel trader. Try not to make the same post in multiple forums. It won't get your answer any quicker. Do a bit more searching and reading on these forums and you will find your answer. .
