About "server's license has expired"

    Hi All,

    I set up a 2X App Server (Version 10.5) on Windows Azure, everthing are normal. However, some times the 2X client can not connect to the server, the error message is "Code [02/00000005] The server's license has expired" or "2X Terminal Server Agent Service is Stoped". I can restart the "2X Terminal Server Agent" service or re "License Activation" solver the issue, but I want to know, What is the cause of this problem?

    Thanks for posting to the forums.

    It is recommended you check the license key applied into the product and make sure the licensing status is as expected.
