About features removed the next major version

First of all, is there any stickied forum post where we could provide feedback about features removed in the next major version?

Anyway just popped up the 20.3 version upgrade, and the "will be removed in the next major version list" again become longer, and some listed feature removal is strange for me.

"Installing parallels tools from parallels menu" ?! Some times parallel tool installation stucks or never starts automatically. In this case what can we do?
"USB and network kexts" What does this really mean? Are we forced to use apple hypervisor when using any usb device?
"Setting CPU, disk I/O, and network quotas" Why remove this? This is useful for testers.
"Travel mode" Also a strange one. According to the knowledge base this feature was removed in version 19.3, but we still have it...
"Free up disk space" One of the most used feature....
"Synchronization color tags" Not a big deal, but I use it, strange why you want to remove it.
