Not sure whether this is a Parallels issue or a Newsleecher issue. But when I tell Newsleecher to save files to a shared folder they don't go there. They save in C:/.psf/<folder> Now what baffles me is that uTorrent works fine saving to the same exact folder. When I select the save to folder. I use browse, network neighborhood, Parallels shared folders, and folder of choice from there. Same directions for both programs. Now alternatively I would just map the drive and it should work fine. But Windows Explorer crashes EVERY time I try to do this. I'm not sure if that is an issue with Parallels or b/c I'm using Macdrive 6 (most recent updates). But anyway I thought I would share and see if you had any ideas. MBP 15" 2.33Ghz C2D 2GB RAM Parallels 3188 WinXP Pro. All updates.
Very strange... Have you tried re-installing Parallels tools? If Windows Explorer is crashing on mapping drives, something is awry. As I don't have that issue here...
