Ok looks like 3186 only fails on me if I've had my notebook on sleep (lid closed). When I open it back up in the morning, opening parallels will slow down my entire computer to the point where I have to hold the power button down, shut it off, and bring it back up

What information can i provide to get help with this?

    MBP Core Duo, 1.83gHz, OS X 10.4.8, 2gb RAM

Anything else? I'd really like to resolve this
