    我于 2025 年 5 月 25 日购买了 Parallels Desktop 20 for Mac 标准版永久许可证，使用 1 天后申请退款。到今天为止，我已经申请过多次，但一直没有收到退款成功或失败的确认邮件，也无法联系到你们。我该怎么办？
