2017 iMac Pro, Host Sequoia, Guest High Sierra. Which version of Parallels?

    I need to continue using a 32 bit High Sierra app on my 2017 iMac Pro, but want Sequoia host for other apps. To run Sequoia as desktop and High Sierra as a VM, what version of Parallels do I need? Do I need OCLP to install Sequoia on the 2017 iMac Pro?
