I'm an existing user since version 9 so I've installed my fair share of Parallels over the years - so I can't imagine what the issue is.

I've installed Parallels 20 and chose to let the installation also install Windows 11. Everything proceeds normally it seems and at the screen where one is prompted to either create an account or sign-in to an existing I chose the latter and enter my credentials. It's at this point (based on screen images I've seen) I'm expecting to see the Trial Button but what actually presents itself is a couple of my older licenses and the only options are to continue with SSO or Upgrade. The Upgarde option takes me to a purchase screen.

I've reinstalled following KB articles with the same result.

I didn't try a pseudo email fearing it might be an issue if I decide I want to proceed with purchasing after the trial period. With the holidays around the corner I thought this would be a good time to give Parallels a run through. I'd appreciate some assistance.

    Thanks

I'm having the same problem. Did you get a resolution?

I believe in my case, as I have been a long term user of Parallels, that either I had at one time used the "Trial" option OR because I am a licensed user the system simply rejected my selection. In any event, I purchased v20. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
