I'm running SUSE 10.0 Host and Windows XP guest on a HP wide screen laptop (pavilion dv1000).
    On the Host (SUSE 10.0) I'm running X at 1280 X 768 (it looks funny on a wide screen laptop at 1024 X 768).

There's no 1280 X 768 resolution on the Guest in Full screen mode - it reverts to 800 X 600.

If I use 1024 X 768 the window is too large (vertically) on the host if I revert back to Windowed operation.

Please could you have a 1280 X 768 resolution in your video adapter - this is a funny size I know but useful for these computers that have a wide screen format.

    Cheers

The ability add custom screen sizes is currently an option in the OSX version. Sure I've read a post by Parallels, that it's going to be added to the Win32/Linux version, though I've not seen a timescale. Probably after the OSX final is released.

    Custom Screen Sizes... When? Please!!

Hi Andrew... I'm really anxious on this as I too am in the same boat as the above user.

A friend of mine bought parallels a few weeks back-- I installed it on her new MacBook and the screen resolutions were perfect in widescreen format..

Here I've gone and picked up parallels and now I can't support my native format of 1280x768... This really bites, can you guys post an update soon? The mac version supports WS, so perhaps its something not too difficult to address?

Thanks for all your great work! Please pass out an update asap!
