Separate names with a comma.
Kaspersky Was The Culprit! I removed it also, and it seems to have fixed the problems with Windows 7.
Looks like that was the problem - 5 hrs later, everything is working as it should. I wonder if they will have a fix for that? Or will Kaspersky...
