    Same problem here...I evidently did not properly deactivate toolbox on old Macs that I no longer have as I too am getting this message when I try...

    Cannot activate parallels toolbox

    I am having the same issue. I have an annual subscription and when I try to log on to toolbox in Mac or Windows I get this error:
