Separate names with a comma.
Maybe this will help..... You should have two red bars in the top right group of icons - that's Parallels. See attached screenshot [ATTACH]
I just got a patch from Parallels support that fixed the problem -- good response -- less than 12 hours.
Same set up, same problem -- c'mon Parallels, there must be a fix for this!
