Through Steam on Windows I can make the controller rumble, but it's having trouble picking up any of the buttons.

I have this issue also. Since updating to 15.4 my PS controller doesn't work and gaming is one of the main reasons I bought Parallels.
Through many restarts of my Mac and VM and changes to the Steam controller settings/buttons mappings, most of the time Windows is not picking up...
Seems the buttons are now mapped to keyboard keys, like O is the space bar, and R1 is the Alt key.
