    I just upgraded to Sequoia. The keyboard lag still exists. Back a couple posts you'll see that I said that that lag wasn't as bad in Parallels 20...

    I spoke too soon. There's still a delay, but it isn't as bad as Parallels 19.

    Parallels 20 seems to have fixed the keyboard delay.
