    Setting video.metal=0 in hadware -> boot-order -> advanced,fixed the issue for me as well. Thanks

    Now I tried with Windows 7 and the red screen came right after installing Parallels Tools. Any suggestions?

    During boot and windows loading screen everything looks ok. After Windows is loaded and during windows installation(which completed automatically)...
