    Just an update, Parallels Desktop 18.1.0 (and its parallel-tool of course) doesn't require the patch on kernel 6.0.2

    packer uses specifically /usr/bin/python3 and it might not be linked to python under /Library/Developer/CommandLineTools... If previous symlinks...

    I can confirm that the patch also works for Version 18.0.3 (53079)
