    where have the tools gone?

    Parallels Toolbox updated and several of the tools I use are no longer there? Eject Volumes, Clean Drive and Download Video have gone....

    Windows 11 VM runs slow

    Yes you can go into Settings and in the security section can reset the PC and choose to keep files and settings
