Maria what about those of us who tested 16 on the M1 - this version only became full release in April this year so we only got 4 months of use...
Still no response to these threads from parallels and my ticket remains untouched I guess we are all going to have to double pay for this...
I raised a ticket on this one as I also purchased 16 for M1 in April after participating in the beta I was expecting better for something that...
I am also miffed - v16 only became available for the M1 chipset in April and I purchased an upgrade straight away after being part of the beta...
It would seem you only get a free boost if you bought 16 at the start of August
You get updates in the same version but not to the next major release I am a little annoyed that I only purchased the upgrade to 16 4 months ago...
Perfect turned off the sharing between Mac/windows and the update worked perfect turned it on once done and all working perfectly
same problem here interesting to note that it also is a struggle to download the fully install BITS as well - maybe MS are having somer service...

Latest build of parallels and latest build of windows 10 seem so close to being perfect most of the modern apps including the windows store are...
