    Adding my 2 cents here. Been loyal to Parallels ever since v10, got v11 free and the paid upgrade to v12 and v13. v13 on APFS is almost unusable...

    Hi, Seeing this thread is over 2 years old and just upgraded to Mojave (and APFS) - could it be related entirely to APFS? Maybe parallels...
